Steve and his team were extremely helpful to us in our home buying journey. Deb was able to get us in to viewings very quickly, and was helpful in pointing out potential issues with homes. Steve Schauble and his team were incredible to work with. From day one Steve was kind and llreally listened to what I needed in a home for me and my family. His team helped every step of the way. I kind of feel that you yourself should be the one who is The negotiator. But the schauble team is a great team to work with!! I had a great experience with them & they don't forget you when the deal is done. They give you pies for Thanksgiving and then they do a thing at the end of Summer at the park rides and make you feel like you're their family!!! THANK YOU, STEVE & CHRISTINE ??

This team has mastered teamwork. Everyone at the Shauble team helped us from start to finish, despite having out-of-state and first time homebuyer scares. We had to do underwriting and purchase money orders the day of closing, and Deb drove us around Peoria to make sure we closed the deal on the agreed-upon timeframe.
