Great shop owner and her staff create the yummy.
I've been buying chocolate from this establishment for 10 years. ..sometimes with my 2 young boys. .and not once have I had a bad experience...I'm sure the person that complained about her children bring mistreated exaggerated her story a bit because when it comes to our kids. .we all know the gloves come off.Owner is a sweet Lady and always made us feel welcome...Great Chocolate shop.
Some years ago my niece was visiting from out of state and wanted to see Main St. in Bethlehem because she had heard so many positive things about it. When we went to the Chocolate Lab it was closed but the owner was in the shop. Because my niece was disappointed I knocked on the door and asked if we could buy some chocolate. I was told they weren't set up for sales just then but to make up for it they gave us some treats for FREE! I've been in this store several times and I've only received the utmost professional and best customer service and at times have had my grandson with me!!! I only hopes all this brings MORE business The Chocolate Labs way!!!
I'll be visiting later today with kids. People get so worked up... And they'll forgotten by tomorrow.
Yummy treats. The owner is so sweet. Been their a few times with my 4 and 8 yo. And seriously, you can tell how much love and time goes into each confection. Keep it up. I stand with you.

I'm not giving a review cause I never been there but based on that article about calling a child rotten I will never go. My son is special needs and has behavioral problems due to his disabilities so I could only imagine how my son would be treated ppl only assume children r rotten based on 2 mins seeing them but don't actually know there story. Also no child is rotten and to degrade a innocent child is just wrong and unprofessional. Do people keep in mind that a child going to a chocolate store is like going to a toy store ... read more
Will definitely never walk in here again or suggest it. The owners should feel completely embarrassed! You just lost way more than $5 in brownies.
