Delicious treats, wonderful service. A cut above in specialties.
I have purchased from here many times and have always had a good experience. Delicious chocolate (obsessed with the peanut clusters), and courteous, professional staff. Maybe it was an accident or maybe her kids were out of control, I don't know, I wasn't there. Either way, it's not going to stop me from shopping here when I need my chocolate fix!

I'm reading all these comments and to be quite honest with you I have had the complete opposite experience in the store with my child. My child actually grabbed a loose piece if candy in front of the owner and put it back once she saw her without me knowing. I was completely embarrassed knowing that my daughter should have know better. Arlene, the owner, looked at her and said "its ok sweetie we just get rid of that one". Fuck this lady and her chocolate shop. I saw what you said about those "rotten kids". All I know is if it was me and you said that about my kids, I would be locked up and you wouldn't be making chocolate any time soon.
So sad you have to degrade a child for some cheap brownies. We come to PA often but won't step foot in this store!!!
I am extremely offended that you would call someone else's child rotten. I don't have to hide behind a computer just know that no one would like to be arrested for showing up at your store to tell you the truth to your face. You should have taken the money that was offered to you. Now you are out your pittiful 5 dollars and future clients. What happened is not the issue how you addressed the situation publicly is the problem.
These people claim to be a "family business" but they have the audascity to post rude comments about peoples kids....very pathetic and RUDE!
Never should a company publicly announced that someone child is rotten....never have and never will attend this store
