LOVE ADULT CHOCOLATE SHOPS! Just ordered online ! As someone who goes to plenty of gourmet chocolate shops, I'll say they are geared to adults. I have been to the Chocolate Lab many times and have gotten many gifts for others as well. While their chocolate is very good, I have never received good customer service. No one has ever offered to help me when shopping and most times I was completely ignored.
Oh how I would love to take all four of my kids and leave them loose in this store :) children aren't perfect and accidents happen. I will pray for this lady. Maybe she then will be able to pull her head out of her ass ;) #getalife #accidentshappen
Never came here but the professionalism in your speach and actions made me decide never ever to step a foot in such a place. You as an employee, supervisor, manager or owner should be well ashamed of urself!
As a fellow business owner in the Lehigh valley, and mother, I always like to support local small businesses. However, I would never step foot in this store unless it was to tell the owner how absurd she is for publicly posting he comment she did and referring to the one customers children as "rotten". I love this place and am a mother. I have been there when my son was small. Yes it is a small place and if you watch your children then accidents may not happen. But they are just that accidents and they do happen with children. I have never had an issue when I was there. Sometimes people have bad days and make unfortunate mistakes. Sad sad business ownership. As a mother your words are so disgusting.
As a parent, I will never patronize a place where an owner could be so demeaning publicly of someone's child. If, as a chocolate store owner, you don't want to take chance of a child making a mistake, own that! Put a sign in your window and live off of adults only, np! But to publicly bash someone's child, probably not the best marketing strategy!
Everyone should bring their children here, ask for samples then use the bathroom and leave! Woooo!
