I don't even have kids and I won't waste my money at such an unprofessional place. You're the owner, it's called bite your tongue and get on with your day.
The store owner does not deserve to be bashed just because , in the heat of the moment, she used poor judgment. Would any of you be so gracious if the incident happened to you? It's easy to talk trash about someone when you don't have a vested interest in their business.This woman worked hard and spent a lot of money to open her chocolate shop. Back off. Children should be under adult supervison when they go to a store or any place of business. I was. Were you?
The owner publicly called someone else's children rotten . That's poor business and I will never shop here again. What a shame. Maybe take a business ethics class?!

When Violet was a rotten child in Willy wonka, No one had a problem calling her out. I see no reason why we should vilify this company for speaking their mind.
Arlene has been nothing but kindhearted to my daughter and my family. People should never judge a person based on reading one side of a story. This is a massive problem with society. Knee jerk reactions and calling for witch hunts are just as wrong as the accusation. She clearly acknowledges she poorly handled a customer and made a regrettable mistake. Key word mistake. But to want to destroy what she's built is sick and uncalled for! Worry about your own glass house!

I think it is disgraceful for anyone to berate small children - period! The fact that this employee/owner/witch would respond to an honest review of facts in such a disgusting manner and put it in print for the public to view shows the lowest level of mentality.
Never even heard of this place till I saw all the selfish reviews people are giving it. Judging by most of the comments I'm guess they don't understand the stress behind operating a business and sometimes especially during a busy season like now for this place people sometimes get beyond stressed and don't always think simply due to the exhausting hours in peak season and lack of sleep and energy that a non business owner would never understand.
