Chocolate Labs is a beautiful, professional and friendly store and Arlene is a great person! It's not Willy Wonkas chocolate factory for kids to touch and play!! Teach your kids manners and respect. Rotten kids come from rotten parents!!
People write bad reviews all the time for businesses. Stuff happens. But your responses are very rude and uncalled for. You don't seem like a nice person at all. Shame on you.
Totally bummed that my kids won't be able to experience the chocolate lab, but by the way the owner speaks of children I have a sense the chocolate may be a bit sour anyway. Why own a chocolate shop if you have no compassion for children? Chocolate and children are synonymous. Time to find a new business!
I love this store and all that it offers. Who doesn't love handmade chocolate? It offers everything a local store has to offer from its very friendly customer service to it's atmosphere and selection.
How can you call a child rotten I'm sure they had no intention of coming in to ruin your box of brownies, accidents happen and they did the right thing by offering to pay for them. I would gladly send you $5 to cover the brownies if your business is doing that poorly. You do not have a kind heart and it shows!!!
The chocolate is delicious!! The selection has always been fantastic, and they are really accommodating about special orders. Highly recommend.
Pretty sure if it wasn't for kids your business wouldn't exist..You might wanna rethink your line of work! Shame on you!

I love going to the Chocolate Lab. I've been there many times. I've taken out of town co-workers, nieces and nephews and gone in with friends. I've never had an issue. I've been in there when it's been crazy packed with customers and people just looking. Have never had anything but exceptional service. Arlene Brockel is always welcoming and so is her staff.
