Based on how the owner responds to customers with children, I will NEVER step foot in this shop. I think a course in professionalism is in order.
I stand by the Chocolate lab! They have amazing chocolate and they've always been amazing employees. So the owner called some kids "Rotten"... News Flash: SOME KIDS ARE! To crucify this company based on one comment which she apologized for is crazy and everyone that has condemned this company take a look in the mirror and tell me how perfect you are because I promise no one is. Shame on all of you. As long as its open I know where to find good chocolate on Main St.!
I have never been to the store but it is disheartening to read all the comments. Shame on the owner, you may have had a bad day but you do not publicly disrespect anyone. My point is just always remember this saying "I WAS LIKE A KID IN A CANDY SHOP!" Kids are your biggest fans, and they as with adults will Accidentally knock something over, if this has been happening maybe, just maybe you should reevaluate how you have your displays set up.

Well, from what it seems many people will attempt to belittle a company because of and outburst. What has happened was inappropriate but mistakes will happen. The situation was seen by nobody so how could anyone take a side? Working a customer service job i have to tell parents to settle their kids down and to please remove thrm from the store since they where a liability to the merchandise and other customers. Hot diggity, do you ship the chocolate bacon abroad? I've been looking to try some but can't find it locally, and I'm hopeless in the kitchen. I have some friends dying to try it as well, do you combine shipping? All of your products look so nice, I can't wait to try it!

The best chocolate in all of PA, without question. I'd shop there even more if there was a "no children" policy, since it's hard enough to get away from entitled parents' rotten children in modern public places.
