I have taken my 5 year old twins to this store many times and the people working were nothing but nice, even when my boys were not. It's very irresponsible of people to try to ruin a business they have not stepped foot in based on 1 user's review. The reply could have been worded better, but we all make mistakes. There's a bunch of hateful people out there who have nothing better to do with their time I guess.

Come from the u.k ....not tasteful at all !!! And i have noticed the staff call children rotten ..won't be bring my children there

Unfortunately I won't be coming in again. I was not there when the child accidentally knocked over some brownies. I can't judge the child, mother or owner for what happened because I didn't witness it with my own eyes. However, I can judge the poor choice of response from the owner to the review from the mother. Choosing to call a child you only met for a few minutes "rotten" is unprofessional and unfair. I'm an adult and I've accidentally knocked things over before. Does that make me rotten? All of these stories and accusations are baffling. I visited the store with my 4-year-old stepdaughter last week. I paid close attention to her and made sure she didn't act up and the strangest thing happened; a normal social interaction. Cant possibly be the same store that would dare call out a misbehaving child. I liked the white chocolate nonpareils.

I don't particularly like this store but after reading how she treated children who made a mistake I won't ever go again. Very sad the family was treated so rudely.

I think this has completely been blown out of proportion. The owner never said anything negative until the customer wrote a PUBLIC negative review. So what, she called the kids "rotten" in a written post. ..get over it. She didn't hurt the children. She DID apologize for her choice of words in response to the customers hurtful words. To vindictively try and ruin someone's livelihood is immature and cruel. You should all be ashamed!

Visited the store on multiple occasions and always loved it until my last visit. Was treated very rudely because the child I was with was taking "too long" to make a decision on candy.

I've been coming here for five or six years to pick up gifts for my family and friends. The chocolate is always delicious and there is always an incredible selection to chose from. It's always tough to decide between an old standard (love the dark chocolate turtles!!) or take awhile and select something new and exciting. It's a bit on the pricey side but I've never regretted a purchase.
