We love this place. I would give them a 5 star review because they were very kind, patient and understanding to my young daughter and boyfriend on valentine's day. (Which is probably their busiest day) They helped a 7 year old with a severe allergy choose chocolates for me and ones she could have herself to avoid her allergen. I loved the chocolates. How dear you not only make a child cry, but then to call them names on a public forum! I will never step foot in your establishment ever!!! And I will be SURE that I tell everyone I know about this! How dear you! If you don't like children, don't go into the candy business.

I bought a mixed box for an out-of-town chocoholic friend. She said she never ate a whole box where she LOVED every one. I always buy gifts there, you can't go wrong!! Chocolate Lab is the best chocolate ever!
I have not been there yet but will make a trip there soon. Kids need to be watched and mine would have not done this can't wait to come
Your store is beautiful and obviously not designed for the spawn of the unwashed masses! I would be enraged if some little snotling knocked over anything! It is so obvious that some parents do not teach their kids how to act in public or respect for others. I'm sorry you had to deal with them!
Let's not go insane here, people of the LV, the chocolate at Chocolate Lab is AMAZING. Every business has an instance or two with customers. It is she said versus she said, the internet is an easy way for people to take things too personally and vent about a problem that may never have even existed.
