I've always loved the chocolate lab. It's the first place I take people when I go to Bethlehem. Kids need manners and respect in any store. There are many breakable things here that take time to make and put together. They should have been watched more carefully. I will always be a loyal customer. Reading this ridiculous article reminded me I need to get Easter candy!
Chocolate was good, customer service not so good. With all the chocolatiers in this area one would think customer service would be better. But the chocolate bacon and potato chips were good.

Best place in the Lehigh Valley to get your chocolate fix. Friendly staff and great owners. Who can ask for more ? Great selection !!!! Most one star reviews are from people who have never been there and are on a hate binge again the owner.

As a business owner I would think you would realize customers make your business. I will NEVER set foot in this store.
I know how much Arlene sincerely cares for children. Anyone who truly knows her, knows she isn't in the habit of treating her clients poorly. Arlene worked extremely hard to give nothing but the finest of chocolates to her clients she appreciates tremendously. She really cares about them. This weekend....Easter weekend I might add, shouldn't we all take a deeper look at ourselves and forgive her for reacting poorly ....as we all have at one time in our lives. Amazing chocolate at great prices, plus in perfectly styled environment. Definitely will be going there again. The customer service there was amazing also.
