I haven't been there in a couple years since we moved out of town, but for the 5 years we lived in Bethlehem my wife and I stopped in at least once a month. We both loved the chocolate and always experienced excellent service. Honestly, The Chocolate Lab is one of the few thing we miss about living n Bethlehem.
Lovely place, the owner takes her business very seriously as she should. Don't understand the heavy criticism she's been receiving. Best chocolate in the area. I understand sometimes kids make mistakes but Arlene puts her heart and soul into her shop and seeing stuff get broken is very upsetting to her which is more than understandable.
What a delicious shop! Friendly owner and employee and even all the customers were friendly! Great visit and great chocolate. I will definitely be back!

Rotten children should be told theyre rotten! Parents should control their snot penguins in public or take them home. 5 stars because the owner of this establishment didnt cater to bad parenting! He runs a business and thats no easy task. Good for him!
I've been a customer of this fine establishment since before it moved to its current location. Children should be monitored by their parents. As parents we should pay for damage done by our children. This store is really neat, and like most of downtown is not kid friendly. I've never brought my own children there, too much temptation. I love chocolate and will continue to be a patron. As a parent, calling anyone's children such horrid names on social media repulsed me to no end. I've been going to this business for over 6 years now, they have always been professional and kind. If you choose to review a buisiness that you've never been to because you saw someone complaining on Facebook you need to get your priorities straight. Honestly, if your kid can't keep their hands to themselves don't bring them and be gratful you didn't have to pay for or clean up the mess your darling little "angels" made.
