I give five stars because my experience in this store with my daughter was wonderful. We bought a little chocolate and walked around town enjoying our day. I did not feel attacked or belittled for being in there with my child. Having said that, after SEEING your response to that mother who had an unsatisfactory experience in your store, I no longer feel welcome there with my children. A review of an establishment is a review of the product and the customer service. When you already have crappy customer service, why even bother to review the product? You can always get what you need from somewhere else with better service.
I have frequented this store for years. Class act, amazing chocolates, fantastic space and awesome service. Do not let one person's witch hunt dissuade you. Go! Now!
This place has amazing chocolates and I've never had a negative customer experience. Most of the people reviewing are angry moms who have never stepped foot in this business. Sad that they would try and destroy a small business after hearing only one side of the story.
Love Arlene and her beautiful chocolate shop! I don't live close by so I don't get to stop in much, but everyone LOVED the treats I got them for Christmas. I am sad I wasn't able to make it in for Easter, but love looking at all your yummy looking posts and hope to make it in soon!
Me and my girlfriend went the other day to get some chocolate. It's a very nice and quiet store like most on Main Street. We picked out a few different things and were helped out price wise with what to get for a friend. I'd like to go again and try the chocolate covered bacon. I think my girlfriends favorite piece was actually a sample the worker gave us. So perhaps she might get more of that pomegranate chocolate sometime.
Friendly staff, delicious and creative chocolates, and a beautiful shop! My 3 and 5 year old love our visits. Try the truffle balls, they are fantastic :)
You pitched a fit over $5 brownies? She offered to pay for them. Then you went all drama queen. I cannot stand bratty adults, no chocolate is worth that.
