I love the owner's energy and the story how she started her business.
We go to the chocolate lab every time we are in Bethlehem! The chocolate is delicious! We were in tonight during musikfest and the owner was so kind to my kids and my niece and nephews.

Stopped in for the 1st time the smell of chocolate hits you upon entrance, I did not have too much time but there is so much selection. The owner was so pleasant and friendly. I so far tasted a salted Carmel chocolate and it was delicious. Will be back. Thank you for a great 1st visit.

Excellent chocolate and wonderful, personal service. The staff handled our large group of 17 with ease, and everything was delicious. We will definitely visit again the next time we are in town.

We lived in Europe for four years, and came to realize how much better their chocolate was. Upon coming back to the US we tried various brands, but none could equate to the European ones. THEN we found the Chocolate Lab. My husband first bought some of these as a gift to me...I was astounded....we get them from time to time, and it's a real challenge to try to limit my consumption to one a day. By far, the best chocolate I have ever eaten.
The chocolate is fabulous and tasty. A bit pricy, as most chocolates are, but Will return again!
