One of my favorite spots in downtown Bethlehem! Always have to stop in here. I live right by Josh early, and they're very good, but these chocolates are just my favorite! I like the nonpareils because the chocolate is so good and it's a low guilt treat. I am dying to try their ice cream sandwiches now that it's summer. They have great specialty items that are hard to find anywhere else. My husband loves the chocolate covered ginger, I love any of the pretzel items, I could go on! Definitely stop here if you have not yet!
Best chocolate shop in the Lehigh Valley. I always stop in for treats for my girls when I'm in downtown Bethlehem.

My addiction is the dark salted caramels! I have been coming to the Chocolate Lab since the first location on broad!!! Arlene is the hardest working woman in Bethlehem! Always so much fun when I stop in! I'm hooked!
