I can't wait to go back now since everyone with small children will not be going. So since the owner publicly called someones child rotten she should apologize.. I'm always looking for new places to try out and small local businesses are my favorites. Unfortunately I will never walk thru the doors of the chocolate lab! I too am a small business owner and have been in retail for longer than I can remember. No matter what your personal feelings are towards someone you simply cannot express them unprofessionally. As you can see from all the responses being rude to your customers is a sure fired way to not have any customers!

You deserve to go out of business. How dare you humiliate children and then have the nerve to blame the mother. Don't underestimate the people of Bethlehem after this was posted in a local community group - good luck
