You'll get a VIP experience...if you're from out of town, have a huge wad of money hanging out of your pockets, and don't have children!

As a mother I do not feel comfortable shopping here any longer. I appreciate places that treat children with respect.

I love the chocolate covered bacon. Was my favorite stop every year at musikfest. What a shame I won't be returning this year, my son, god for bid might look at you wrong and your'll feel the need to call him names. I recommend chocolate world in freemansburg avenue. Family owned, friendly and offers samples to children doesn't call names.

Based on the owners views on children, one more customer lost. Oh by the way, kids love candy. And much of your business is driven by parents coming in to buy candy for their children. Your loss! I hope you lose a ton of business due to your "rotten" attitude.

I'm mad that this place is called the chocolate lab because it's such a cute name but after seeing what the owner (not confirmed if that was the owner or not actually) said about a poor child making a mistake... That is just so rude. I pray the child never sees that comment. God forbid people make mistakes these days

Horrible attitude from the owner - she obviously doesn't like children since she called a customers children "rotten" - if you foolishly decide to go into this store make sure you are extremely careful not to knock anything over or the owner will throw a hissy fit. This owner does not deserve to own any kind of business much less a chocolate store.

Business response:

I have lots of people who bring children in and have even gotten nice reviews about the experiences. I was assisting out of town customers when I saw a huge tray of candy fall over and also saw an upside down box of cupcakes. I said it's ok it's ok and it was. Just walked away was very upset. Of course my shelves are stocked- it's Easter! Threw out the cupcakes and completely ignored what just happened, hoping they would just leave and went about my business. Thank you for the big dent you put in my wall on the way out with ... read more

Children and candy often go hand in hand, did you miss the memo? Sorry to hear about your rude comments about children, we will no longer be shopping at your shop.

I wish I could give a zero! I would never go to a place that would say anything like this what kind of business is this! I would pity the person who would have the nerve to call my child rotten on a public site like this! Get over your mediocre chocolate accidents happen!

How dare you disrespect my family like that! If I could give this so called business a million negative stars I would! Maybe you need to take a night class in social skills and how to run a business!
