I have been to this store on various occasions and have found the staff there to be pleasant and very helpful. The chocolate is excellent and I would highly recommend that if you haven't been there that you should try it. I do think that the owner, in a moment of weakness, did not respond properly to the bad review. Everyone knows that you can't please everyone all the time. This owner is rude. There is no need to belittle children. You own a chocolate shop.
I'm giving an honest review based on my personal experience with this shop. I've been there a few times during Musikfest and other special occasions and even though a little pricey the chocolate is worth it. I'm judging this place based on experience and not some issues on Facebook that has nothing to do with me. Going through seeing a lot of 1⭐ makes me upset that it's only based off of a post. One of my favorite places, so glad it's now kid free. Back in my day kids were to be seen, not heard. Nowadays they run around and scream like animals. There's nothing worse than when you're at a store/restaurant and someone has to bring thier obnoxious kids. Leave them at home! Looking forward to coming in and enjoying the peaceful, kid free environment! God bless!
Really people...ok, so she made a comment and didn't think first. As if none of you EVER did that! The owner of this store is Sooooo nice and a great person! The chocolate is delicious! How about everyone stop being such hypocritical for the Easter season and give her a second chance! This is someone's business and livelihood that they worked so hard for!
Terrible terrible customer service, would not return.
