I love the fact that Arlene uses organic fairly traded chocolate. Also, the dark chocolate dipped ginger is THE best!!! I will have to put a place modeled on The Chocolate Lab Bethlehem in my next book--it could become Gracie's latest fave!
Stopped in today on my lunch time speed walk, I was curious to see the inside out peanut butter cups I saw on facebook. Arlene gave me a sample. I had it with my afternoon tea, it was the BEST EVER peanut butter cup I have ever had! I love peanut butter cups (Justins is a favorite lately) but none compare to Chocolate Lab! I will be back to buy some over the weekend!!!!

Honestly, I don't know what is better: The chocolate or the staff! When you come in here, you are treated like more than a customer. The entire staff seriously adds to the overall experience. The Chocolate is like nothing you have tasted. Add in some unique creations like my personal favorite: Officer Wade Bar.
My boss at work brought a box of this in, and said it was the best chocolate EVER! that is a very big statement, so i obviously HAD to try it for myself and.... she was RIGHT! ever since i've probably told everyone i know about this place ! Then i went on the website and became more in love! I live in NY but will be making a trip to bethlehem solely to come to this store and get chocolates! I cant wait!
