Brought a 5 year old with a history of feveral seizures in tonight with a temp of 104.6, gave her Tylenol and a strep test then released her 2 hours later with a fever if 103.7, not exactly happy with the treatment we received tonight.....
Would give a negative number but they just erase most of the low scores. I have had 4 horrific experiences at this place. I would y have taken my children here if there were other options. There are one or two few good staff but the bad farrr outweigh the good! I'll be glad to share my experience with anyone...

We were visiting someone upstairs and decided to grab a bite to eat on our way to cafeteria my daughter swallowed her candy and ended up throwing it up. The nurse led me to children's hospital even after my daughter told them she was ok and told us we needed to see someone anyway. When asked why we needed to see someone watching her run around and laughing the woman ignored me and went to the front desk anyway and told the front desk clerk that she swallowed a penny. This hospital was amazing with my daughter! I cannot thank the doctors, nurses, and all the others in the children’s oncology department enough. You all have went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful.
Had a fantastic experience this morning with taking my 7month old son there with a 104.6 temp. I could not break his fever from 11p the night before. Dr Thuy Bui was genuinely concerned about how my son was feeling and was amazing as reassuring a panicked tired mom it would be ok. Heather the RN was so sweet and kind and my boy couldn’t stop flirting with her. Very thankful for them!�
