RecommendedMy son spent 3 weeks in the Nicu at down town Erlanger. We had the most amazing, caring, loving, and thoughtful nurses imaginable. I can’t thank the nicu enough for taking such good care of my sweet baby boy.
Sub par facility, uncaring staff, lack of listening to parents about child health, lack of privacy, diagnosis wrong, no communication about care plan or release date. I would never set foot in that building again willingly.

I had twins at 26 weeks in Georgia. My son ended up having a spontaneous perforation in his intestines and he had to be transported to Erlanger in Tennessee while my daughter stayed in Georgia. The nurses from Erlanger told us that he would have the surgery 15 minutes after he arrived. He got there at 6:00 pm. We got there at 6:30 and you aren't allowed in the NICU between 6:30 and 7:30.
