I've only been here twice. The first time was a nightmare. Was told to register, went to register they told me I was at the wrong place they sent me back to the other people then finally got registered, then they sent me to the wrong room so then the people in the wrong room got upset with us and took us to the correct area. Yesterday I went and I was late due to transportation issues and they allowed me to still be seen even though we were late.
