The Dr's and Nurses are amazing..they were polite and informative.. knowledgeable of the situation and catered to my daughters medical needs..best bedside manner I've ever experienced.. I was extremely pleased and left feeling confident she had the best care available..I also want to add that my child is 16 and the staff spoke to her and addressed mine and her concerns for her health needs.. my daughter felt so important being able to give her opinion and actually asked questions about her care.. this never would've happened... read more
We've had fantastic experiences here every time we've had to come. I can't say enough good about it.
I always receive such wonderful care her for my daughter with special needs. But this trip has been nothing but poor. She really solely on a gj tube for all her nutrition. Last night it came out and we brought her in for it to be replaced. We came in at 8:30pm. They placed her on an iv and made us wait all night In the ER. We are now In a room but it is noon the next day and no one has a clue when this child will get this 15 min procedure to replace the only way we have to give her any nutrition. The staff and nurses and PA treating our son were all wonderful!! The tiny waiting room is AWFUL. It's cramped and too small and did I mention awful? My aspbergers son and husband struggled mightily to be in that room once but to keep returning to it was upsetting for all. It was a busy night for the hospital and we were there over 4 hours but we never have time expections when going to the ER.
Our baby girl was transferred to Tc Thompson's last Saturday & they have been the best at treating her& being very amazing to her& us! I have to say they all are wonderful! I thank god every single day for the way my daughter is taken care of.
The whole experience with them was awful don't go there if you are using a surrogate
Being 6 hours away from home & having to omit my daughter to have Emergency surgery... Erlanger Children's Hospital was great!!!! Such passionate, caring & smiling staff!!!!! The Lord placed us here to attend Internationals @ Lee University for my daughter & her small ensemble to sing & compete with... having to put a tube down her throat for surgery.. they were even so considerate to help that out afterwards, for her to be able to sing the next morning!!! Very clean! I would highly recommend this facility!! �
