All of my children were born at Erlanger and my 3 boys all spent extended amounts of time in the NICU. My oldest has had 2 surgeries there one being major reconstructive surgery on his skull from a birth defect. Also, one of my twins almost died due to late onset group b strep and was given a second chance at life. This hospital is absolutely amazing and the staff incredible. The nurses at the children's ER were nothing but the best! They went well above and beyond to make my little boy feel comfortable while he was there for his surgery yesterday. They found out it was his birthday as well and sang to him as well as giving him a couple little gifts. Like I said, it was the best hospital visit I've ever had and it wasn't even for me. Thank you again.
