I have been doing business with TML for almost 5 years now, and Bryce is by FAR the best tech TML has ever sent to our home!!! He is polite, informative, helpful, and has a great sense of humor!!! I give TML 10 stars out of 5 based on Bryce's service today!!!

Easy to work with. Techs are very friendly and look to give the customer the best deal. The office staff is very courteous and super response to questions and needs. Have used them for 20 years..never had a problem.

Technician tried to over-sell a completely new unit quoting over $20,000 plus a contract with a service plan claiming that our unit was beyond repair. Had a sales person come immediately to further convince us to sign a contract for the extremely expensive unit also, and would not tell us what was wrong with our current unit, just that it needed to be replaced. The company spends huge amounts of money on attractive color ads in the newspaper for SEPTIC PUMP $149.00. That is a great deal and I fell for it. When the job was complete my total cost was $2,866.40. The pump out was as advertised but for repairs that required less time and effort than the pump out and probably less than $100 in material, I was charged $2,717.40. I was without hot water. Rolf/Griffin came out the very next day, diagnosed the problem and after getting the necessary part was able to make the repairs quickly. Ryan was professional, pleasant and was able to explain the problem to me in simple terms. Can't say enough good things about my experience.bhh

I find this company to be the best I have worked with for servicing my HVAC unit. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I moved into a new home that had an HVAC installed by TML. I smelled ash from the first day we moved in. I called TML to come assess the situation and the repair man spent 15 min in my house and told me nothing was wrong and billed me $86. A few days later I took my cell phone flash light and simply looked behind the HVAC system and found a coal shoot door that has not been sealed when they installed the system. My dad is a veteran and paid in full up front. The company made promises about the new system and it is not what they promised it would be. They have been out several times and it is still not functioning the way they said it would. This is the San Antonio location.

Tech, Rick, is OUTSTANDING. the office is good to work with. One negative is that the company does not allow a veteran discount.
