The work that the company performs is fine. However, if you have a billing dispute don't expect to speak with anyone that will be able to resolve the issue. I was told multiple times that my account was cleared only to have additional invoices appear until finally the issue was turned over to the collections agency. In speaking with the customer service agent, I have been told repeatedly that someone would give me a callback. No one ever has called me back. After four months, I'm still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

We have a service contract and have been happy with their work. However, we told them that last year we had a leak in the air conditioner so when the service tech came out, so did a salesperson. We were told that we had so little freon left that it did not register. There was also a short in the air conditioner wiring which was fixed. Before they left, our furnace was not putting out heat and we had to tell them 3 times before they checked it and got it working. The twice-a-year service is a real value for the money and reduces the chance of some unpleasant surprises. My home is 67 years old so installation of a unit in the crawl space under the house was a real challenge. Because of this, for the past 9 years I have requested the same technician to do the semi-annual check-up. I can't tell you how pleased I have been that the same technician has done the work. Good efficient job especially during covid-19 pandemic .Install of a water heater was relatively quick and clean up was great

Excellent service and outstanding work! Andrew **** and his team of experts did an amazing job with the difficult task of removing the old unit from a crawl space under my home and installing the new system. Unforeseen obstacles were encountered in my older home, and the issues were addressed quickly and with utmost courtesy. I am very pleased that I choose Neal Harris!

Just had a new lennox furnace system installed today....Outstanding job....I've been using them for 20 years now for all my heating issues and they have consistently done a great job.

I really thought I could trust them - how could I be so wrong? A few days ago I had an appointment to have the air conditioner and furnace serviced but the plumber showed up first (I had no idea he was coming to service my tankless water heater). Somehow he turned on my shower and told me I had a leak, but when I showed him the replacement part the Moen gives fre, he didn't want to change it. Of course it was a scam, it wasn't really leaking. He did service the water heater (I guess). Then he went all over my house and start... read more
