From start to finish of our project was handled with professionalism. Quote was detailed and explained and work was done on time. Turned out exactly how it was described and the team were very helpful as we did some of the demo work ourselves. Would definitely recommend the Classic team

They promptly showed up after normal business hours to repair by hvac and had it working in 30 min. I decided to buy and new system from them and they the install techs did a great job installing it. My only complaint with Service Experts is I have called the twice with questions about my system and never received a call back.

I was referred to them by TXU, stating I could receive a free tune up. I wasn't having any issues at all until they came out. They stated everything was good, saying they changed the air filters which they did not. Found that out after the 2nd time the came out due to the air conditioner was not getting cold. All of a sudden it was freezing up, and it look like I had a leak. Funny how nothing was detected from the first time they were out. They charged me $279 for Freon after they put it in. Called to get an estimate on installing g air conditioning unit and no one bothered to show up or call. Would not recommend this business. Went somewhere else.

was given a price by kimmie in warrensville office, of $200 after she conferred with plumber Andy, for a replacement dip rod for hot water tank. Samantha was sent out, who could not do job as she stated she thought it was an air condition job. She took pictures, stating she would have part ordered. 5 days later, Alex called, stating part was not ordered , but would do so. Price again of $200 was agreed upon again. On June 3, Andy , along with another plumber came out, stating price would be $599 ! I was being badgered to jus... read more

I set up an appointment with Comfort Masters. Waited two days for them to show up. After waiting 10 hours on the day of appointment, I contact them and they say we are not in their service area. They cannot do the service. There is a 3 and 5 year old in 90 degree apartment and their service area stops 1/2 mile away. Unprofessional and inconsiderate

This has been a most rewarding experience!! Gordon's is the most professional, service oriented business I have ever used. The products are very good, I have Lenox mini splits in my home and am extremely satisfied with them and the energy savings I am enjoying. Their service technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Midland has been terrific for 14 years servicing my system . Service reps are always on time , informed , and explain what is going on with your system . Brandon kept the old girl going with a quick fix . Fingers crossed ...maybe get one more season out of her . Thanks Brandon ..
