Get directionsDisappointed! Had ac problems that were corrected but the bill was higher than expected and there was warranty coverage. The invoice had only the total price. When I called to ask about labor vs parts and what if any warranty credit was given I was told a manager would call me. Never did get a call or any further explanation. Think I'm done with this company.
We had a terrible experience with this company. We maintain our air conditioning unit every year. The technician they sent this year was arrogant and unprofessional. I called the company and they basically ignored the problem. I wish my wife and I never dealt with this company. We suggest that everyone should find another vender.
I usually don't complain about businesses on here but I feel like I need to warn you about Donelson Air. I had an appointment with them to come out at 3pm yesterday and at 10pm they called and said they couldn't make it. (Well no duh). Then they showed up today and did a 'visual' inspection but to get a real diagnosis it would cost me $400. Then another guy showed up and said my unit could not be fixed and I needed a new unit. Overpriced and hard sell tactics. Their service plan is actually an equipment lease program with service included. Calculate the full cost!

Reported me to collections agency 2 weeks after I paid in cash for services in full when rendered. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They can't keep their records straight. No call and no bill. They stated that this is their policy (not to call or send bills to clients, but to go directly to collections). Now I have to try to get the blemish removed from my credit when they were paid in CASH, did not give me an invoice, and did not attempt to reach me when THEY were confused about who paid cash. Do not use Service Experts A/C! One of our HVAC units was not keeping up too well with the hot/humid weather here in Plano, TX (It's July). My husband called Service Experts from work at 8:24 am to have it checked and then called me at home at 9:00 am to tell me they want $99 JUST to look at it. We decided together that $99 is too much. Very personable and respectful. My furnace broke for good in the winter of 2019. It gave out during during a trend of negative degree lows. I bought a new furnace and the technicians came the next day to install the furnace. They dismantled and removed the broken furnace very quickly, faster than I imagined a project like that would take. The new furnace was assembled and running within an even quicker time, comparably. I have exclusively used Peachtree Service Experts (PSE) for my AC maintenance contract since i purchased my newly built home 2 years ago. In summary, I have experienced a very low level of competency in their AC technicians and lack of concern for customers.
