Absolutely the best service. It was time for our winter tune, dilemma was setting a date due to an upcoming surgery. Without hesitation, they got us in so much sooner. I adore my service person. He is professional, clean, polite, and educates us on our equipment so if a problem comes up, we know what to do and how to take care of it. Have been a customer for over 8yrs and I'd give 10 stars, if I could.

I am livid with your new LACK of service. I had two people out yesterday for the semi-annual service. The one guy had an extremely soft voice, muffled further with the mask so I could not understand a word he said, which turned out to be techno-babble anyway. Finally said something about a valve and the fan in the air handler and a fan in the outside unit. I did not understand what the issues were and he did not explain. We have had Cronin ***** do a yearly inspection of our Furnace / AC for about three plus years. The last person who came (*****) was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had to change the date of our service and the office made the changes no questions asked. While ***** was visiting I asked multiple questions regarding on demand water heaters and although I do not have a unit he patiently answered questions to the best of his ability. Say NO to the Advantage Program! Due to the Covoid Crisis I cancelled my annual maintenance service call. For weeks after that I got a daily email telling me that I had a scheduled appointment for the next day. To protect my family and the technicians I kept cancelling the preset appointments and they kept resetting them (without my consent).
