We made an appointment last august 2020 to have our AC unit move roughly 8 feet to the right of where it was placed because we were having a hot tub installed. We never were given anything to sign. Six months later we get a call requiring us to pay $647 for the work. This isnt professional and a serious inconvenience to your customer if this is how your business runs. Using the excuse that signatures werent required because of covid is BS as the Technician had to come into the house either way. Six months later is BS

Have used Eveready Service Experts for over 30 years. They are courteous, prompt and have found them easy to do business. I had 3 properties including my primary home and recommend their HVAC programs. I will continue to use them. The technicians are very customer service oriented and respect you and your home.

We hired them to do a hydrostatic test and TL;DR they were late, can't keep their scheduling promises and they keep sending staff that couldn't do the job. If you have all the time in the world to sit and wait around for them all day, they would be ok for you. They did give us a refund for our frustrating experience though, hence the 1 star. Been having issues with my heating and furnace in my home for the last couple of weeks. Called Knockelmann heating and air. They were fast and problem solving. They were out in less than two hours and they looked and at our system and defined the problems. In the end we needed a new system. They recommended a same grade system as we had. However we were interested in a upgrade to a Lennox system which they could provide. More expensive but top quality. They did the job the very next day. 1. I had an HVAC Service contract with them for several years. They sent me a renewal last October, I renewed and paid, and when they came to service the unit they refused to honor the contract because the unit was more than 10 year old. There was nothing in their sign up in 2017 or their renewal in 2019 stating that. They took my money and then refused to honor the agreement. That is not a good way to do business. 2. We scheduled our annual check up for our maintenance plan with Roland J Down Service Experts. Grant and Adam arrived timely (as advised by prior confirmation phone call from office ) and did the inspection. A part was needed but not available on the truck; Grant advised this would be ordered and installed probably in a day or two. Received a call from the office noting part was in (this was a day later) and we agreed on an appt. time . Grant returned, installed the part as promised. Good, prompt, friendly service.
