We could not have found a nicer, more professional plumber than Ron! Our sump pump went out and with all the moisture in the ground we were concerned with rain coming in on Monday. He came Saturday and was such a great person to do the job! He was professional, cleaned everything, and knew what he was doing!

Broad Ripple heating and air technicians Shaun ***** Austin & Kahleal. They did the best installation that I have ever had.I highly recommend Broadripple heating and air and these three technicians, They were On time they completed the job in a timely manner and followed all the COVID-19 guidelines. I would definitely recommend Broad Ripple heating and air in these three technicians for a job well done.

Excellent service representative, timely, professional and friendly. I basically get to pick my appointment time within a 2 hour period and then within that time get a curtesy call letting me know when to expect the service representative to arrive in that time. He wore his mask as well as plastic booties to cover his shoes, very friendly greeting as he has been here a few times before. I was so grateful they were able to come out the same day right before the big snow storm in Texas. I did not have any luck with a different company that came out that morning. Conrado G***** was just wonderful. Extremely friendly and professional, also great customer service. He took the time to explain everything after inspecting my system, and also showed me how to work my emergency thermostat and reminded me of when to turn off.

Wow - total scam artists. Our heater was not working yesterday morning. While I have a warranty company, they are slow and I was cold so I just called a company from a web search. I did manage to get a same day visit. The tech introduced him self and immediately gave me some brochures about a maintenance program, which I thought was odd.
