Absolutely the very best service we've had for a very long time. These folks are wonderful to deal with, fast, efficient, and arrive when they say they will.

Business response:

We strive to provide excellent service and are thrilled to hear that was reflected during your recent experience!

They showed up and within 10 minutes told me my air conditioner was shot (11 years old) because of a faulty compressor. Lucky for me they had a salesman at my door within 10 minutes with brochures and a ton of sales tactics to sign me on to a pricey new system paid off in installments basically for the rest of my natural born life. I thought it all very shady so I called a local high wood contractor and he couldn't be nicer and more truthful. I did NOT have a broken compressor. Just low coolant. For $200 I have a unit that h... read more

We understand how frustrating HVAC expenses can be and apologize if we did not do a better job of explaining our prices. While some of our customers prefer to pay everything up front, others do not, and as such, prefer our Advantage Program. Our Advantage Program pricing allows our customers to have peace of mind with continual maintenance support on new equipment for one low monthly payment.

My elderly mother had her original unit replaced by Orangutan 7 years ago. She has religiously had it serviced every 6 months since. One year ago during an inspection, they told her she need more coolant. They charged her for more coolant than would even fit in her unit. After going to their management, they did reluctantly give part of my moms money back. Last week, her unit totally went out. She called them (against my advise). They told her she needed to replace her 7 year old Trane Unit. They told her "this is how long t... read more

Trevor , came out to do a summer start up on my 4 Ton Trane SR-17 18 Seer Conditioner. Trevor, the repair man, told me I needed a new coil for my air conditioner. He said it was leaking and the fumes were coming into my house. He gave me an estimate of $3,300. I told him I could not afford that and that was an exorbitant amount, He called a Mikey, in the office, and put him on speaker phone so I could hear him. I told him to sharpen his pencil. He gave me a quote of $2,175. I said it was still too much. He calculated and tol... read more

This is concerning the Ridgeland, MS branch. Very disappointing. They told us we were getting a payment program when we bought our new unit. However it was actually a lease. in other words we did not own it. The worst part was they have a service that handles the financing and they are the absolute worst. We finally got sick of it and paid it off. But we are still getting bills. Ridiculous!!. Do not purchase from Comfortech.

Business response:

**** - We apologize that you are still receiving bills. We have forwarded your review to the Advantage Team to look into. You can also reach them directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX or ****************@serviceexperts.com

Called them to come out to determine if a leak in my dropped ceiling was from the roof or an AC overflow. They told me where the leak started, and then proceeded to tell me about all the damaged AC duct work. They work correct, and I knew I needed to have it replaced. They wrote a $19000.00 estimate, which I jumped through hoops to have approved (Corporate Business). They then said, if you let us work this weekend June 5 & 6, we'll knock off $500. Deal! During their "inspection" they managed to move enough ducts that it cut ... read more

I have used Service Experts for many years. They installed my less than 5 year old Lennox 2.5 ton A/C system which had a leak in the coil. I was told the AH model was discontinued as well as the coil. I need a new AH (under warranty). Darien W*****, their tech, did an outstanding job installing a new AH which was larger than the original one and had to be squeezed into a small space. He is a professional person and a very qualified tech. The system is now working as it should. I am pleased working with SE. I have a 6 month s... read more

I have been a customer of Air Engineers/Service Experts for 10 years. I had a technician come out on May 18, 2021 for my 6 month maintenance appointment. A sales rep came some time later. I'm sure the technician must have called him. It turns out my unit was now out of warranty, had leaks in the coil, and needed to be either repaired or replaced. I thought it would be better to replace it, since my unit was 10 years old. The sales rep proceeded to sell me on their Advantage Program where I wouldn't have to pay for the system... read more
