Stark Air did a GREAT job for us! Very professional and on time! They also gave excellent tips and advice on maintaining our HVAC!!

I have always been satisfied with Strand Brothers and their services. I bought a 5 ton Lennox unit from them and my coil went out three years later. This was frustrating, to say the least, but Strand stood by their warranty and their service technicians were nice. I think I paid a little more than most places for my unit but service after the sale is excellent. Get their service agreement, if you can.

This company is triple charging their customers for service after the snow storm in Texas. They indicated their increase in fees was because they could get out sooner then most plumbing companies because they brought in plumbers from our state. Fortunately, we did not have an emergency situation and could get a 2nd estimate for the work. We needed three outside faucets replaced (hose bibs), Stark Air wanted to charge close to $2000. I contacted another plumbing, they came out within a couple of days, charged $650 to replace ... read more

While it is true that we had plumbers from out of state help our team after the winter storm, our prices did not increase. We have reviewed photos and notes from your call and have noticed that the job could have been priced differently. On April 21, 2021 - Church's Services came to my home to inspect my AC/Heating unit under a TXU Energy program that provided a FREE service check to all TXU customers - paid for by TXU. Three technicians showed up, one was a sales representative. They checked everything, the blower & heating unit in the attic - then the A/C compressor unit outside. VERY UNPROFESSIONIAL EMPLOYEES!****** INSTALLATION, A HIGH SCHOOL TECH STUDENT COULDVE DONE A BETTERJOB,HAD TO HAVE THEM BACK FOR A 3RD TIME!!! We had a annual service contract that included annual checks of our HVAC system. For the service appointment scheduled this week, a lead sales associate joined the tech and it just so happened that both our furnace and A/C unit needed to be replaced! Because the poor condition of our equipment was a health risk, but thank goodness we were contract customers so the job could be done for 10-17k! A technician from SERVICE EXPERTS was at my home yesterday to do the biannual maintenance on my AC, furnace & humidifier. He told me that I needed $4K worth of replacements for a 9-year-old, top of the line furnace & my AC unit. I replied that I'm not putting $4K into an old system that is always needing replacement parts. When I initially purchased the systems from them, I was told that they would last a good 15 years. We had Bryant heating & cooling, lexington, install a 50 gal water heater by employee, willie. He did an excellent job. Very professional. He wore a mask during the whole process. Highly recommend
