Recently my A/C stopped working. I called Air Engineers and got an immediate emergency service appointment to check the issue, which in itself is remarkable, since A/C repair is in VERY high demand in July in Florida. After calling Air Engineers, "Fletch" (service tech #520) phoned me, said he'd be by in 20 minutes, and exactly 20 minutes later, he pulled up to my house. This company is a complete ripoff. DO NOT fall for their Advantage Program. I called them when my A/C unit broke and when the technician showed up he told me that I needed a whole new unit. Within an hour their was a salesman at my door telling me about their advantage program. This guy sat at my dinning room table and lied right to my face, and my wife, telling us how great the Advantage Program was. Technician Catlin was very knowledgeable about installation; fast friendly service. Very professional. Replaced toilet, vanity, and sink at reasonable labor cost; I will be hiring them again for additional projects.

I have used Boehmers Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning since 2007. I have their yearly tune-up service and find the bookings easy. With one exception their technicians have been excellent. They are polite, efficient and respectful. Last year they installed a new furnace at the end of winter. The old furnace had to be turned off immediately and they installed a new one within two days. I would highly recommend their services.

Making a long story short. I have had service with Service Experts for a little over a year now. I am currently still paying on my unit. I have had to have 2 tech come out within my year warranty. Now its just a little over my year warranty and I am having blower motor issues. I have health issues that require me to have proper A/C and Heating. Based on my recent experiences with Church Services, Inc. I consider that this company lacks professionalism, respect, and dedication to its customers. We have used **** ****** Service Experts for almost 10 years to clean and service our heat/ac units. We bought a new ac unit and had them install it, all were paid for right away. We pay a fee for them to service our equipment yearly. They send a request to continue service and an advance bill for it together every time. I was given an incorrect assessment for the replacement of an evaporator coil that would have cost me over $2000. I was told the freon had leaked from the unit due to the "faulty" evaporator coil. Neither one of the assessments was correct. The unit was checked by another company. Everything was fine.
