4.5 out of 5???? Don't waste your time! They just want to sell you a new one. And from the reviews of it I wouldn't even buy new from them anyways. Well I was pleased they were able to come out the same day I guess that's where the 1 star would fit in. First of all I was told I could sign up for the advantage program and only be charged $1 per month for the first year for service calls. I've been a customer for over 25 years. In the past 8 years horrible customer service and professionalism. Numerous times call last minute and cancel, lack of communication, management promises next time will be better and fails. No respect for customer's time or appreciation for their business.

System only a year old! Reported power surges right after installation. Their service tech and electrician came out and said nothing was wrong and it had nothing to do with the install. Mind you, this did not start until the days following install. I have lived in this house 10 years. Ff to a month ago when water started dripping from my ceiling due to incorrect installation of the unit and drain pain. However, the tech that came out said it was the filter being too dirty and he took it out and said he would bring another on... read more

One year since I posted this and no resolution yet. Yes, CV-19 played a part but I had 3 appointments in the last 2 weeks and either they reschedule or no one show up after investing 20K on the new AC. One guy showed up yesterday and mentioned he does not qualify to fix the issue and also mentioned the maintenance guys are not supposed to open the unit and remove the wiring which really is the root cause for all these. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was a little bit late getting here, but his previous customer had a power outage. I really expected him to call and cancel since our unit is outside and it was storming and pouring rain, but he came.

This company is not a co. You want to do business with. To start with they said they couldn't get the upgraded unit. I don't know if that is true or not, so I went ahead and purchased a unit and they said it couldn't be installed till 6/23/21. That day came and went on ac when I finally call they said "oh I meant tomorrow.??? We rescheduled for the next day and they didn't make it that date either.
