Great at selling and not telling you the final price or the fact that if you go with their "Advantage Program" you pay for 10 years and NEVER own the equipment. What a scam, especially taking advantage of senior citizens. Stay away! Still fighting over price. Local company gave us discount, main headquarters in Texas said we still owe the discount. We never got a rebate on the HVAC from Duke Energy on the unit only the hot water heater. I had to contact company twice to try to get them to file so that we could get our rebate... read more

I received great, timely service from this outstanding company. LARRY came by on time, quickly diagnosed my problem, offered solutions, and respected my wishes for a new water heater. He came the next day (unheard of in this day and time), and was superman. He removed my old system and put in the new system in an hour and a half!!!. What a money grabbing company. 4 years ago I purchased a furnace and air conditioner from them for about $12k. It was suppose to come with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. When I needed warranty work, they told me that it was an additional $230 to cover the cost of a technician to come out and fix the problem. He did not fix the problem, just figured out a work around. They told me that labour is not covered under the warranty and I had to sign up for their service program for over $1500 a year to get the labour covered.... read more

I have had Roland J Down install heating, ac, and hot water heating. They cover yearly maintenance on my furnace and water heater. Couldn't ask for any one better. The techs are polite, prompt, neat and knowledgeable.

ATMOSTEMP ARE TOTAL CROOKS!!! PLEASE READ...... We had an issue with our air conditioner/heater unit in our attic. My wife saw a large leak in the ceiling so we called our normal guy but he was on vacation so we found then called Atmostemp to take a look on a Saturday. The repair guy was at our house for 2 hours and told my wife he needed the salesman to come it out for an estimate. This company does not do good work. They leave elderly people without air conditioning, when the system was purchased from them and under warranty. Another company put in temporary part and ordered new part Poor way to treat our elderly and a veteran
