We spent nearly $10,000 with them to replace our existing equipment at that time. I have been trying to report fraud from the Miami Service Experts office since before thanksgiving and no manager has called me back. A tech came to my house and diagnosed a 6 year old AC with a broken compressor brought a sales guy out in 10 mins and then tried to sell me a new outside unit and handler for $6,500 for a 2 ton unit! I didn't believe that was the problem and called a 2nd AC repair tech and he came out and diagnosed an exposed low voltage line. $300 later I'm up and running no problem. My thermostat was not working. I called and a technician was here within 4 hours. Service was prompt and courteous. The technician told me what to do if the problem happened again.

0n 7-16 21 I was visiting my friend in Titusville,Florida.I live in Indiana. She was very sick from chemo. The sales rep Wes R****** ************ came over to sell her a new A/C and furnace. A1 ******* in Calgary Alberta misled me and presented me with documents that I had never seen before leading to pre-paid billings and unanswered questions regarding my accounts. Their training practice is to "hang up or not answer email or telephone inquiries". yesterday (Saturday) our furnace stopped working so I Called Charles Heating, who installed the furnace. When I was told there was no one available to come that day I then called Falso. They said a man could come that evening. When he came he told me it would cost $99 for the service call and an additional $75 to tell me what was wrong. He then found that the draft inducer motor had frozen up. First, my $18k+ AC system was installed incorrectly and then took months for them to properly fix. I've had the system for just over 2 years and have had multiple problems with the Lennox system. Being apart of Strand Brothers Advantage Program means nothing as far as quality of the customer service goes. Techs come out and don't complete tasks before leaving (if you can get a tech out), the schedulers are awful at giving out timelines that never come to fruition, communication from company to customer is horrific as well in... read more

Was told that our old unit was obsolete and could no longer find any parts for it. This company was the one that installed the unit only 10 years ago. We had to install a new unit as we were told by a Finch representative. This was in the last part of the summer. Finch had some contractors come out and removed the old unit.
