They did a demolition job on my walls to repair my pipes. Drilled two holes in my bathroom because they couldn't get to my pipes, ruining my floor. I had to call them back three times afterwards to repair other issues that occurred because of THEIR sloppy work. Then had to call them back a FOURTH time because after THEIR work, they caused another issue. They caused water to leak out from my tub EVERY TIME you turn the shower on. Terrible Customer Service! I called them out to replace a sewage pump in my basement. They replaced the pump but installed the wrong part and the downstairs toilet wouldn't flush correctly. They came back out 3 days later to "fix" the problem and told me that they didn't have the correct part and it would be a week or two. I never heard from them for OVER 6 weeks! I started using this company a little over a year ago. The receptionist they had was wonderful and professional. Once they switched receptionist I have had 3 appointments scheduled where no one showed up, when I call to ask about the appointment this new lady is extremely rude, she doesn't care at all and her response is "I'm sorry to hear that" in a very unprofessional tone and has no solution to this problem. Worst experience ever! Had a service call done on Dec 11 by the most inept technician - he had no idea what he was doing, told us he usually only cleans furnaces and that we should really get a second opinion. Charged us $157.07 - when I complained I was told by Jerry that yes that technician should never have been sent to a furnace repair call and that we would be entitled to a full refund.
