First they sat the appointment within a window between 8:00 and 10:00 am and never made it to the window timing. Then, they called me to state that the parts, which just three days prior they said they had gotten, one of the parts, the orifices, wasn't sent to them as expected. On June 13th Climate Control in Mobile, AL performed the semi annual maintenance. It was necessary to replace the ultra-violet bulb which was $275.00 and charged to a credit card. The Tech ran the card which he said did not go through. He ran it a second time and was successful. Checking my balance several days later, I was charged twice. Strand Brothers came out 5/27.22 to do my yearly maintenance on my HVAC System. They listed three things I needed to do which was about $1000.00+ dollars. I installed a new Lennox System seven years ago and have always done my yearly maintenance. I had Aero come out as recommended by Lennox. They told me I could wait on these. Strand brothers said I needed to clean my blower blades for $420. They showed me a picture showing lots of dust collecting on the blower (which was obviously) a saved picture not of my blower. Had a new water heater installed by Service Experts. A few weeks later I noticed a water leak on the floor. That dried up but later there was another leak. This kept on for several weeks before we finally called Service experts in Alliance. Steve and another gentleman came out & worked with it. But a few days later it leaked again so I called Service Experts and they sent Steve out again. He came & took out the water heater & went to get a new one and then installed it. So far so good. Am having an awful experience with this company. Beware homeowners: It is EXTREMELY difficult to get Bryant Air to honor their warranties. Customer service representatives are impossible to get hold of and unhelpful when contacted. They are unable to make any decisions or obtain assistance from a supervisor. Would not deal with this company again.

After six years of using Service Experts, I have cancelled my maintenance contract. For the second time after a routine yearly maintenance of my air conditioner within days I had a problem. During the service this May, I was told there was an issue, but they had been able to rectify it though they did not know how long it would last.
