Air went out on a Sunday night, called and was told someone would come out that night. Nobody showed up until Monday. Two guys (a salesman and a tech) came together and they said I needed a new ac which I expected because the unit was 18 years old. I've been with this company for over 7 years now! I've thought they'll show some type of concern for me and my family knowing the weather in Florida! But me and my family have been out of air for four days now! A horrible experience over a week with the plumbing area. On 8/15, they came to tighten our kitchen faucet. Young man came our, tightened it and was very polite and said he was not going to charge us. Later that night when we went to clean up the kitchen, water was pouring out from underneath the sink. Bought our hvac unit from them, should have shopped around that was my fault. Unit is approx 4 years old. Unit was not working, tech came out and said there was a leak. He did a repair to the leak. The cost for that was 888.00 At that time I asked the tech how do you know what you did will work. I then asked them to come back and follow up to be sure unit is not leaking. I have had a commercial HVAC maintenance contract with Service Experts for over a year and do not recommend doing business with this company! In the middle of July 2022, we had called to have our summer maintenance performed and have the unit inspected because of cooling issues.
