On 9-21-23 I called Falso on the recommendation of my neighbor. My furnace would not ignite. I was told the cost would be $98 plus any parts and labor needed. The tech and sales person came and within a few minutes the furnace was diagnosed and started. For some reason (on his own) the tech decided to further check the furnace and stated there was carbon monoxide levels were "off the charts".
