We had the good fortune to find Strand Brothers of Austin TX in 2021 when we had a massive water leak and had no idea where it was. We contacted another plumber first who quoted us $6,000 to dig up the entire front lawn to locate the leak. Flabbergasted, I looked online for a 2nd opinion. I found Strand Brothers and made appointment. The rep arrived on time following all COVID protocols. I explained the water leak problem. Absolutely despicable experience with this company. Our AC unit stopped running in the heat of summer and we called for service. The first red flag was that the technician showed up with a salesman in tow. The technician poked around our fuse box and furnace before even looking at the AC unit. After about 30 minutes, he eventually opened the AC, and did a cursory inspection before telling us his diagnosis. During the current heatwave I had an AC that stopped cooling. I called Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning (Calverley) in Ft. Worth. They diagnosed the problem as a defective capacitor. The price for the service call, capacitor and installation was $400. The installation took approximately 20 minutes. I kept the defective capacitor and later checked the retail price. They showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, sourced a solution, ordered the main board for my unit, and gave me a time frame for completion. Everything worked out as they had promised. Their technician Aaron, was excellent and completed the repair in the time frame scheduled. I'm very happy with the work done and their company response and performance.

Most respectful and knowledgeable technicians I've ever dealt with. They have never tried to talk me into buying equipment I do not require and they always respond promptly when there iss an issue with my equipment.. The level of respect that they show while in my home makes them top notch in my opinion. Lobe this company.

They provide excellent promotions and prices. I really liked how they were able to schedule me the same day regarding my issue. It showed me they have a sense of urgency towards the problem.

They are very misleading in their sales. When they sold me the unit under their advantage plan(disadvantage)plan they told me the payment would be 352.50 what they failed to mention that was for service only. The other thing was I asked if there was a pay off early they said no! What he also forgot to mention was that the payoff would be the full original price plus tax. They also were the most expensive but I had wanted to pay it off in three years. I am willing to pay 21000 not 2500 over original cost.
