Technicians are very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They do a very thorough job and explain things well. Scheduling is fairly easy although I had a challenging scheduling from the website, but they rescheduled with me and all is well. Happy customer.

I bought a furnace from these people. Chuck (******) T******* was my sales rep and Matt K************ is his boss calling himself sales manageras as he threatened to put a mechanical lein on my home. Chuck did not disclose all the Info of our financed agreement to me before he had left our meeting and had set an installment appointment. Upon reading the agreement I had called Chuck to cancle and informed him of the financial problems I had with that contract. He assured me we would figure it out and make it right. We had always used ******* Air in Titusville, FL for our A/C services. They were really good and never tried to upsell. The company was recently bought out by Service Experts in Brevard County, FL. We had a regularly-scheduled service shortly after the take-over. A sales person arrived with the technician. Pink Plumber are scammers. They were at my parents' house looking at a toilet that was only a little over a year old. They quoted my parents $250 for them to fix IF dad bought an entirely new inside tank unit (which he would have to go to Home Depot to buy) or $450 if dad wanted to have them get the unit and install it. They said there was no other option as it was shot. I am so glad I was there as I immediately found the plumbers that installed it only over one year ago when my parent's moved to their new home. To Whom it may concern, I was told by sales, Mark that the air conditioner would be a total of 10,500. I was told new ones were in, but did not have pricing yet, so I was getting the new one at the old price. I was told for $179.68 a month I would not have to worry if anything broke down or regular maintenance on it. I was never told at any time it was a lease and at the end would have to buy it out. I made an appointment through to schedule my Advantage program Winter check. They set an appointment for October 22nd from 10-12. When no one showed up at 10, I called the number to ensure that the appointment was still set and was told yes. Then when no one showed up at 12 I called again and told the customer service representative and was told that it was still scheduled and on Saturdays the office is closed so they couldn't reach anyone and to wait until 4. I am very disappointed in a service call on 10/12 with a technician. I am in the midst of an insurance claim. A leak in the 3rd level bathroom (under the vanity) caused water damage on the floors below (main and basement). As part of the process, I had to contact a plumber to assess the issue, and recommend a solution. I have utilized The Pink Plumber in the past, so I called for this issue. Lowest liars and cheats. Do not use Stark Air. They quoted 5500 dollars for a repair that was caused by their equipment installed weeks ago. Their tech Jason ******* and sales guy Chris ******** conspired to rip us off again. I have video and written proof of their deceptive practices.
