Very deceptive salesman and not forthcoming with truth just to lock you into a leasing contract to charge high interest rates to put a lien on your property so they can steal it.....very deceptive from the salesman, service technician, to how they handle your account in the billing department. The service technicians don't know how to fix anything...I think that is part of their schemes to get you to buy their equipment. So when you see that name eveready service experts..."that's a red flag."

I regret to have to write this review, as I can say that I have had positive interactions with the customer service team, the technicians who have come to my house. Everyone has been professional and kind and I have no complaints there. I am writing this to warn other consumers, as I feel that signing up for the Service Experts Advantage program was one of the worst financial decisions of my life. Neal H***** installed our Lennox system on 8/10/2016. Six years later the A-coil is leaking. I decided to do some research and found that there there was a federal class-action lawsuit and settlement concerning the A-coils. The suit is closed now; but there's no shortage of people who continue to receive faulty A-coils and are being charged hefty service fee's to replace them. Poor communication, misleading sales, employees hate their jobs because they absorb the brunt of all the dissatisfied customers, and they do not honor their contract. Little to no effort to rectify without hounding them. Poor management, supply chain issues, and customer blaming. The epitome of what's wrong with corporations.

Today (9/9/22 I had my annual tune-up with RJD. Will was the technician and was prompt, courteous, professional, and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was very thorough. I would request that he continue as my tech in the future. Thank you.

Our almost 20k unit was installed 9 years ago and has had problems since day one. We were told it was the top of the line and received a hard sell. Unfortunately, we listened to Service Experts; they've taken advantage of us ever since. Originally, they refused to admit it was a lemon. Now they agree that it is a lemon, but say it's too late and they won't help us. They suggested we install a new unit from them. The plan they want to put is on is $250+ for the next 10 years. They've misrepresented themselves at every turn.
