Service was provided by Mike and Oscar from the Northeast San Antonio location. My AC had started blowing warm air. Icalled and help arrived an hour later. Mike and Oscar performed a complete inspection including going up into the really hot attic. They diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable estimate which I accepted. Oscar was back an hour later with the part he needed, crawled up into that hot attic, then outside into more heat and within an hour, the cool air returned to my home. took out old air unit put in new one hasnt worked right since,called to have someone come about 7 times now and still they theres nothing wrong with the unit,says its a problem with insulation and now their trying to charge me for that even though i told them the old unit worked to keep my house cool all the time this new one does not.....

So our home AC stopped working at 9PM on June 30th. I left a message for someone to call me the next morning. So someone called me at 7:00 am and told me that they were sending me a Tech around 10:00. I was working but my husband was home. Not only the Tech arrived so did a salesperson. After inspecting the unit they told my husband that we needed a new AC unit because the unit we have is junk. San Antonio Air, sold me a 2017 unit in 2021, They lead me to believe that they were selling me a new unit! Also, i didn't find out about this until, i had 2 call County Wide air, because they kept saying they would come out but, failed 2 show up each time, County Wide really saved me. Also, i found out that San Antonio Air didn't install the unit properly & could emit carbon monoxide! I went to 2 different locations 2 talk to a manager & they have moved out! Address unknown. Jeff, our go to plumber guy, did an excellent job for us. Friendly, efficient, knew his stuff and dedicated to getting the job done. Also, Donna, the scheduler in the office, was very patient, efficient and helpful.

I've done business with this company for some time now, and have always been pleased with the out come. My personal opinion is you couldn't ask for better people to do business with. I have had two furnaces, central air, hot water heater and just recently some plumbing work done and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

Incompetent, unprofessional, unresponsible, unethical. Proceed with caution when looking to service your geothermal system. Initially when scheduling with this company, everything went smoothly. But we have been waiting since June 16th for a simple call back from our last service but since then we have had two members of our household go to urgent care with breathing issues because the work that was performed has been left undone. Parts need to be replaced, parts have been removed, and the air quality in our home is now so p... read more

I called in because my air conditioner was leaking and making an awful noise. It was 9:30 PM. I received a callback within an hour. The technician was no where near my house. They suggested I wait as the technician couldn't get to me for several hours. I talked to the dispatcher the next morning and she scheduled me for 2 to 6 (to accommodate my schedule). Kyle arrived by 1:45 and had me taken care of within an hour. The service was excellent and Kyle went beyond my expectations.

Called Friday evening because Nelson advertised 24/7 service, was assured they would be out that evening. I called back at 11:30 pm reminding them the day was just about over, again was assured they would call. They didn't call until Monday morning, asking if I still needed service. I feel this is false advertisement, luckily I didn't wait for their call and A.C. repaired Saturday morning.
