Their plumbing service is extremely over-priced. They would not give me a quote for a toilet replacement, insisted they had to send out a tech and then charged me $80 for the tech to come out for 1 minute to tell me what i already knew!! Their quote to replace my toilet was over $500 and i would be purchasing my own toilet. Would never recommend them for their plumbing services!!

Integrity issues with price quotes for septic tank cleaning. Older home, but easy access to tank. 4 yrs ago cleaning $195. Quotes today, from $1130 - $1895. No discernable changes in conditions. Charge $131.25 trip charge with NO SERVICE! Pink plumber in right business .... since they're "full of _ _ it!" Carole R.

BW **** from Elkhart has always given me good service. I bought a new furnace and my house's first AC unit from them several years ago and I pay for them to service both annually to keep my free-labor warranty valid. One cold fall day the furnace wouldn't start and they came out, free of charge, to get it started. They remind me when to schedule my appointments and have always done a fine job, following an entire checklist. We've been customers of Teays Valley Heating and Cooling for several years. We've always received excellent and fast service. I care for 6 children and having Teays as a part of our team has helped me stay open for business. Teays has competent staff that is very knowledgeable and courteous. So my condenser was leaking in the attic and i called Strand Brothers. Technician arrived and did something stating he unplugged it, it got a little better, but i still saw water in the pan. Besides that it was the worst hvac experience i ever had. Technician just could not wait to leave from first second he arrived at the house. I asked him while he was here if he could service my ac and furnace and he acted like he did not hear me. Ephantus was superb. Scoped out the problem, got tech help from manufacturer, followed up with that help and completed the job. He made it clear that it would take 1-2 weeks for the equipment to read our usage and "learn" it. Ephantus was a pleasure and an excellent representative for your company. Kianna was very responsive and helpful. Made your company look good!
