We bought the most expensive HVAC that was offered. ********************* did not have a Plunem so they used our existing one with a promise to replace as soon as they got one. 2 years later and MANY complaintswe called and asked for ******* the manager no less than 5 times and we NEVER received a call from him! After a threat to call the BBB, JN replaced our plenum. I hate that I signed a contract with this company. I feel that the contract was not explained and the average customer doesnt understand that you are leasing and they charge taxes on the contract and on every payment. If I had to do it over, I would NEVER chose this company.
