Have done a great deal of business with Peachtree Service Experts over the years - at least 15 if not more, including the purchase recently of a completely new HVAC system both upstairs and down, hot water heater and all scheduled system checks.I have always appreciated the honesty of sales personnel and technicians, especially Reggie and Tulasi - absolutely the best! There is no doubt the you are receiving top notch service, but more importantly, they care about their customers and the products they sell and service.

The reason I gave this company one star is because we were scheduled to have an annual tune-up on our heating and AC unit. We scheduled weeks in advance and received a call the day of our service that we are being rescheduled for two later. How do we know that we won't be cancelled then?? I know that Stevenson is busy. But we are on the Advantage Program (which is pricey), and we expect better service than that!

I have had repeated issues with this office of Strand Brothers in Pflugerville Tx since April 4, 2022. On April 4, 2022 I was told I needed 2 repairs during my yearly home inspection, a fan replaced and the intake sealed. The technician completed an invoice showing both and a price for the sealing. I was told the office would get back to me on the price of the fan and to make an appointment. After no call i called back a few days later. We had Strand out to replace our thermostat with an electronic thermostat on May 29th. The technician clearly didn't understand our system and was on the phone with (another tech/supervisor/secretary?) explaining what wires we had currently connected to the thermostat, after which point he suggested what we needed, which had to be ordered. We purchased a new A/C Nov 2021 but after it was installed it did not pass City Code The company has been here 3 times and they have not fixed it They told us they would give us an answer as to whether or not it passed Hurricane season will be here and it is on the 8th floor rooftop and if it is not properly tied down it could hurt someone Jay the manager assured me server times it would be done or just to call him but I do and he is always busy so we need help from you to prompt them Along thAnk you

Warning - Stay away from this Company, total scam. Said they can do Maintenance items on things I needed done - they do NOT, said they will call back - they do NOT, only want you to sign-up for Annual Service plan, save yourself alot of pain and waste your time, go give your $ to a Company that deserves it, this is not it.
