Master *******, *************************, and his assistant went out of their way to come to my home to fix a toilet that leaked when flushed. *****, a veteran USAF civil engineer, was courteous, knowlegeable and efficient. As a veteran myself, I recognized his professionalism and honorable attitude. I enjoyed talking to him and appreciated his honesty about the repair, costs and warranty. Over the past several months, I have been consistently receiving unsolicited calls from them at various times throughout the day, despite my repeated request to be added to their do not call list.
