can't complaint. they showed up in time. they fixed the issue ( so far no problems, it was enforced by ******** so if there is something wrong i guess they are responsabile) . and even the price was the best compare with other register companies. thanks again!.

I contacted ********* Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing in ***********, OH because I needed a plumber to install in my water heater a new gas control valve/thermostat that the manufacturer shipped to me under warranty. They were willing to make an appointment with me, subject to cancellation, for the afternoon after the part was scheduled to arrive (last Friday by noon) via FedEx Express. We have had a maintenance contract with ************** since 2008 when they installed our new systems and never had a problem. The technician knows our systems and has always been square with us. In several instances they have saved us substantial costs. The last being a mitigation of a home inspection issue. The technician did a thorough inspection and found no issues, saving us a potentially expensive repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ************** as a reputable company.

We had signed a service agreement with ws in 2022 after moving into our home and the original owner had a 10 year labor warranty agreement in effect. I received service renewal in the mail and called to confirm that the labor portion was also covered and explained we just bought the home. I was assured in writing that I was covered for 10 years labour and parts. I have been with this company since 2016 at which time I purchased an air conditioner. It went out in 2000 and a service representative came out and said he would trade out the Trane for a Coleman unit. This unit has been a failure and doing the hottest time of the year I went for days without any air. I have been told it is not the unit but thermostat and it was changed out twice. It is still not working on heat which says 80 degrees but cool air is coming out the vents. I am expected to pay a service charge of $270 of whic... read more

Called Comfortech in September because A/C on the new property was not working. They came out on a Saturday which was great. After looking at the unit Rep explained that we would be better off getting a new unit. He explained if we got the unit, we would be charged a monthly fee for the unit and not have to come out of pocket for such a huge purchase. Came home to a cold house,called for some service.Technician shows up to diagnose my broken furnace.Was charged $300 for that.After just ten minutes i am told that my inducer motor has failed.Then i am told that there is no stock in Canada and that i would have to pay $1400 to get a new one.ridiculous.i was able to find one on my own for $150 in the city and i install it in about half an hour.i wont be asking this company to do any work in the future.

Kevin and Crystal came as a team to investigate a potentially serious furnace issue. They did a thorough review and gave us great advice to help us make the best decisions for our benefit and not just trying to sell us something we didn't really need. We were impressed by Kevin's knowledge and technical skill. He even identified the correct manufacturer even though the unit was mislabeled! We know we can trust Crystal and will be calling her when it's time for a new system (and any advice we need in between).

Started business with this company back in October. Had them come out to address a heat issue, techs were great, got everything fixed promptly and were very friendly. Paid my $400+ bill happily because it made sense. Called again December 2nd to schedule them to come out for maintenance, they got me signed up for their package at $15 a month back in October and figured it was time. Thermostat was on the fritz, wouldn't turn off the heat when it was supposed to, it's getting cold out. Tech comes out they dp the maintenance do... read more
