I've had an account for HVAC maintenance for 15 years, and bought a brand new system during that time from them. This company has LOST MY TRUST ENTIRELY. I've been trying to resolve an overpayment problem now with them since August. For whatever reason, when I changed payment methods in August, they began charging me a monthly payment on BOTH the new card and the old card. Additionally they charged me three extra payments in August 2023 that I did not owe, claiming that I had never been billed for ****** May, and June 2023. ... read more
