I wish I could leave a 0. I am so upset. First of all, they came to do a regular maintenance and replaced a capacitor that didn't even need changing. So a $79 maintenance job cost over $400. Then the ** didn't even work after that. I called them and they sent someone else out and he said that the compressor coil was bad and needed to be replaced, giving me a $2300 estimate without the price of the part. Apparently, their so-called technicians are paid on commission so they will do anything they can to rip you off. So I call ... read more

I had a scheduled appointment with this second rate service on 06/05/2023. This appointment was made using the online portal and there was two times listed from which the company would chose the actual time. My condo is under reconstruction due the roof caving in and the units being flooded. I sat here for 4.5 hours awaiting the arrival of the so-called expert and no one showed up. Awful installation of the air conditioning unit. If I didn't have the advantage plan, it would cost me an arm and a leg for all the service calls to repair and correct the botched job. Been having issues since September of 2022. Still not resolved. Run the other way. They bought out Comfort Heating and Air conditioning.

Greetings ************* *************** came out to my home on Saturday March 20th to go over prices and systems I told him I'm not trying to lease or spend over $12,000 after going over several options he said I got one for $12,000 lifetime warranty with free service calls a referral fee of a $1000 because your current customer referred me and $300 plus a rebate up to $2500 ************* because this particular unit was eligible for a rebate when I received the advantage paperwork Fri May 26 it read $23,000 and a lease not ... read more
