Both Andre the Heating Tech and Matthew the Plumbing Tech are well trained and completed an excellent annual service of my gas furnace and tankless water heater and water softener.

I purchased a home in Jan 2021 which had a new HVAC system installed by this company in late 2016. The company's contact information was posted on the side of the unit, and I called them to set up a maintenance plan over the summer. In December, the outside pump started shutting off automatically, and the company was quick to send a specialist to diagnose the problem. Midland Air Service Experts of Lexington, SC performed the semi-annual tune-up and cleaning of my HVAC system. They arrived on-time (actually a little early, but called to let me know they were on the way). They thoroughly checked the system and left it very clean. Very pleased with the service, will use them again, and recommend to my friends.

After having fall maintenance done of course they inspected the system. Our A/C worked before this company came out. We simply needed filters changed. However they came up with a long list of stuff wrong with both of our units. 2 days went by we had to call them back out because the unit wasn't working at all at this point. Not to mention this is the second $260.00 bill we received. They came up with something that was "supposedly wrong" with our unit, that total came out to well OVER $2600.00. They tried to sell my elderly mother on a fixed income a $13,000 new AC Unit for a 1400 sqft house. They did not even check the filter. Thankfully we had a friend give us a second opinion. After reading the News Channel 5 article, I felt I had to say something. It seems they have a policy of taking advantage of the elderly.

Grossly overcharge for additional repair service when doing a scheduled tune up on gas furnace. Replaced/rebuilt "manifold" to furnace as it had leaks they discovered, and replacing 2 valves, 2 black iron tees, pressure regulator and black iron pipe, reattaching existing copper tubing at cost of $1380. Same job quoted by BBB accredited HVAC is $450.This was during scheduled tune up, so no emergency, but using fear of gas leak to overcharge is poor business practice and raises question of integrity and honesty.Will never use ... read more

This is the company to call! Excellent service. Devon walked us through our options to best suit our needs. Marcel and Derek arrived the following morning and installed a gas furnace and hot water tank. The job was fantastic. They really care about doing a job properly. Well done !!!
